This beautifully decorated home is what you are looking for. We have fabulous gulf views, easy beach access and a large screen enclosed private in ground pool. This home is is very close to the pet friendly beach. The beachfront homes in front are wide apart providing great open views of the Gulf and the beach. The road in front is a culdesac street, so very few cars.

Located in a nice beachfront community, the home has access to 2 community beach accesses (160 feet to sand access and a wooden boardwalk 380 feet from the house). Our home has a large enclosed private swimming pool so you do not need to worry about any insects spoiling your fun. It has a screened porch, accessible from the master bedroom, living room and open sun deck off the dining room.

There are two master bedrooms with queen beds and private baths. A third bedroom that has access to the third central bath and has a trundle bed making twins. A full sized sofa bed in the sitting area of the large living room. All this provides sleeping for 8. This home is all on one level so there is no running up and down the stairs between the bedrooms and living area.

You will love sitting by the 16 foot by 32 foot Pool with Waterfall after your walk on the beach. There is parking under the house to keep your vehicles and boats nice and cool. There is a large grassy backyard providing more privacy. We have an out door shower and adding a Hot Tub this fall.

This home has everything to make your vacation memorable. The open and spacious living area has nice high ceilings and has great gulf views from the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom and pool.

Amenities include wireless high speed Internet access, charcoal grill, stereo, cable TV, free unlimited long distance to U.S. and Canada. Linens and towels are provided. The golf course is only 5 miles away. We have no high rises in the area and you can walk down the beach and barely see another soul. Even during the spring and summer there are no crowded beaches. You can leave your chairs and shelter on the beach, ready for you to come back down to after your refreshing swim the private pool.

The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach by K-9 magazine in 2006. Even some of the nearby restaurants have outside decks and are pet-friendly.
